Groundskeeper – Mt Glorious Getaways

Help maintain one of Brisbane’s most beautiful rainforest retreats.

At Mt Glorious Getaways, we curate a rainforest escape that guests travel from across Australia and abroad to experience. If you take pride in creating natural spaces that make people feel something—you’ll fit right in.

Nestled in Mt Glorious, just 50 minutes from Brisbane City, our boutique getaway features five private dwellings, landscaped grounds, wedding lawns, and direct access to some of Queensland’s most stunning natural surrounds.

We’re looking for a full-time, hands-on Groundskeeper to help us keep it that way.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in maintaining the look, feel, and natural beauty of the property. This includes:

• • Garden and lawn maintenance across the grounds
  • General outdoor upkeep (paths, common areas, presentation)
  • Basic repairs and property maintenance
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Helping ensure the property is always guest-ready

Working Arrangement

• • Monday to Friday
  • 38-hour week
  • Plenty of overtime available for those who want it

What we’re looking for

• • Someone reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
  • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or property maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • A genuine appreciation for nature and peaceful environments

• • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or property maintenance is preferred—but not essential.
